Within three days of placing an order, you should receive your CAD drawing for sign off. We are only able to send these out if you have given us your final sizes. Once the CAD drawing is signed off, the lead time we stated on your quotation will start.
As long as we have not made your door, yes you are able to cancel your order. However, if we have sent you CAD drawings there may be a small admin charge.
Yes, as long as you have not signed your CAD drawings or the door is not made yet and we are able to make a change.
No, because the doors are made specifically for you, it is not possible to return your door. However, if you have an issue we are very happy to help you solve it.
